In addition to the organisers undertakings to reduce the impact on the environment by hosting this meeting, we would like to extend the opportunity to all delegates to measure and offset your own carbon footprint from travelling to and from the Annual Scientific Meeting. If you would like to do this, please click the link below:

Alternatively participating airlines have carbon offset schemes where carbon emissions can be offset at the time of booking your flights.
We also strongly encourage all delegates to use trams, trains, bikes and the ever popular “two feet and a heartbeat” once in Melbourne to get to the venue, hotels, and surrounding areas.
Useful walking maps together with details about interesting tourist sites can be found at the following links:
Onsite
There will be no printed handbook or abstract book available at the Meeting. All delegates will be able to download a PDF of the handbook prior to the event, and you can print any pages you might need onsite. An Attendee Planner Zone will also allow delegates to plan itineraries of sessions you wish to attend and print any of the abstracts needed in advance.
On arrival at the conference, delegates will all be given a USB stick containing the handbook and all abstracts. We have encouraged all exhibitors to have their promotional materials available electronically, so please use your USB to upload any documentation from exhibitors rather than taking printed copies!
Also please note that there will be no satchels given out at this event. If you require a bag to carry around any flyers or documentation, please bring one of your own with you. Delegates will also need to bring their own pens and notepads if you require them!
